Safer Streets & Smarter Traffic
I will work with Miami-Dade County and FDOT to improve traffic flow, reduce congestion, and strengthen pedestrian safety throughout Surfside.

Residential Parking Protection
Residents should come first. I support prioritizing residential parking to protect neighborhood access and convenience.

Construction Impact Management
Encouraging construction worker carpooling and better planning can help reduce unnecessary congestion in residential areas.

Preserve Surfside’s Character
Growth should not erase what makes Surfside special. Development must respect our scale, identity, and community fabric.

Responsible Growth
I will work with state representatives to limit the negative impacts of the Live Local Act while protecting long-term livability.

Our environment and quality of life must remain central in every development decision.

Strong Financial Stewardship
Fiscal responsibility matters. I will safeguard taxpayer dollars and actively pursue grants and outside funding for Surfside.

Community First Leadership
Through a resident listening program, cultural events, and collaboration with the Youth Council — inspired by my work with young adults through Yoga4Meditation — I will ensure every voice is heard.

I’m a civil engineer who has spent my career working on complex infrastructure projects around the world. I understand how decisions made today affect safety, finances, and livability years down the road.
I’m also a long-time Surfsider, P&Z board member, non-profit founder and volunteer who believes good leadership starts with listening, collaboration, and showing up for the community.
